WordPress Site Integration With PhoneApp

It seems natural that Event Calendar plugin would come with basic built-in features but there is no function for synchronizing events with other platforms. One client’s requirement was the synchronization of “PhoneApp” with his WP website events.

We created an add-on for Event Calendar plugin to synchronize website events with PhoneApp events. Synchronization of event is done on create, update and delete operations. In addition to it, plugin feeds data of newly created events in client’s WordPress site. These feeds are used by PhoneApp to insert events into PhoneApp database and synchronize. OAuth login was implemented for PhoneApp users to login into WordPress site by using their PhoneApp credentials.
