One of our clients needed the functionality of creating custom forms for his online education website. For this, we customized WordPress Dynamic Forms plugin as per his requirement using shortcodes, PHP and JavaScript tools and technologies. This custom plugin will contain text, password, dropdown, checkbox, radio and text area fields. From admin panel, Administrator of the website can activate this plugin and then can create multiple forms. Admin can place those forms on site’s web pages with shortcodes. User can also sort form fields by drag and drop sorting. Admin can delete and update form fields at any time from website back-end.
