WordPress Social Connect API With Instagram

Instagram is a known social media platform and we developed an essential social connect plugin for Instagram. The plugin basically integrates the Instagram Social Platform with an online job platform website of our client that is built on WordPress. On clicking the Instagram icon for Sign up on the website sign up page, a pop up page appears that redirects the user to the Log In page of the Instagram.

By using Instagram API, Instagram ID and password; user can signup and sign in to the Job Portal website. After user authorization with Instagram, we can get user’s following information:

• Name
• Username
• User ID
• Bio
• Website
• Profile Pic
• Access Token.

By using the above information, we can create a new user in Client’s WordPress site. If user already exists, then user can Log In with the existing user account.
